My Client-First Philosophy
Chuck House was an original agent in the Keller Williams Realty, Memphis office. He started his career in 1997. He has a bachelor's degree in Finance from the Fogelman School of Business and Economics at the University of Memphis , graduating in 1989. Chuck married Susan Burghen-House in 1994 they have two children, Anna 9, and Allison. Chuck is a recognized leader in the Memphis area in the real estate community including the Selling of Homes, Buyer’s Representation, and investors; in fact he has owned and/or renovated over 100 residential units. Chuck has consistently qualified for the multi-million dollar club, place in the top 10% in sales for all Agents in the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, and has earned an Accredited Buyers Representative Designation. With all that said, his focus still remains on his faith, family, friends, and vocation. Putting other people's needs truly first has led to a great referral basis which is the cornerstone of his business. Chuck spends most of his time being active in the role of raising their children. They are active members at Christ United Methodist Church . This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
